Cherry Fields Primary is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working weekdays from 14:45pm to 18:15pm.

Please note that this role can work in conjunction with the Level 3 Practitioner vacancy that we are also hiring for at Cherry Fields, please flag on your application if you are interested in applying for both roles.

Your opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the After School Club at Cherry Fields Primary, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our children. As After School Club Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running and long-term development of the provision, planning engaging activities, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring high standards of care. You will also work closely with parents, staff, and the wider school community to support each child\’s wellbeing and development, while overseeing administration, safeguarding, and staff supervision. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about making a difference in children\’s lives within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

  • Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
  • NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 5 – £23,937

Actual Salary: £9,753

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 14:45-18:15pm (Term time only)
