Cherry Fields Primary School are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified class based Learning Assistant to join our hardworking and dedicated team. We are looking for an experienced Level 3 qualified Learning Assistant to support the teacher with their responsibility for the development and exceptional education of children in schools. Using routine supervision and care skills to support children.

At the GLF Banbury Cluster of Schools (Longford Park, William Morris, Hardwick and Cherry Fields) you will be supported by a leadership team judged Outstanding by OFSTED.

The Details

  • Start Date: September 2026
  • FTE Salary: GLF Associate 3 Point 1 £25,001 Pro-rata (actual) salary: £19,417
  • Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time)
  • Contract: Permanent
