Club Control is the UK's leading supplier of EPOS equipment and management software to the sports and social club sector. Established in 2014, we now support over 3,000 clubs nationwide. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join Club Control. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven sales professional who is confident in face-to-face selling and enjoys demonstrating products to customers.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will attend customer appointments arranged by our internal sales team, demonstrate our products, and maximise every opportunity through consultative selling. You will be responsible for selling our complete package of products to our customer base across the UK, including:
- EPOS systems
- Door entry systems
- Full software and management packages designed to help clubs operate more efficiently
A key part of this role is delivering live demonstrations of our products and software. Therefore, the successful candidate must be confident and comfortable presenting in a meeting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending customer appointments arranged by our internal sales team
- Demonstrating our products and software to customers in person
- Liaising with customers via phone and email
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Following up warm leads and generating your own opportunities
- Maximising sales potential and consistently achieving targets
Working Hours
Full Time Monday to Friday
Salary & Earnings
Starting basic salary: £30,000 OTE: £150,000 Monthly commission plus additional bonus incentives

The Ideal Candidate
- Full UK manual driving licence (maximum of 3 points)
- 1+ years demonstrable sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Confident in field sales and building strong customer relationships
- Comfortable delivering live demonstrations in meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, positive and focused approach
- Strong desire to succeed with a tenacious attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
