Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small offshore team of P2P analysts focused on technology procurement.
- Lead the full P2P lifecycle of end‑user devices and accessories, edge hardware such as servers & network.
- Provide an internal service to Technology Platforms relating to maintenance contracts, disposal, software, communication and professional services for project delivery.
- Ensure compliance and controls, adhering to internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements in different territories.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track P2P performance, provide recommendations to the TPLT, support budgeting and forecasting for costs relating to the Technology Platforms portfolio.
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing and developing technical teams across multiple cultures & global locations.
- Customer services experience and dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Significant previous experience in customer focused IT services role.
- Proven success in improving the customer experience.
- Experience successfully managing 3rd party service providers.
- Experience working within a matrix structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or in a relevant business or technical discipline or demonstration of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- ITIL Qualification or SIAM knowledge (desirable).
Skills and Knowledge
- Stakeholder relationship management: Collect and use feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure effectiveness and drive service improvement.
- Third‑party supplier relationship management: Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, benchmark performance, deliver value and implement improvement actions.
- Technical and business knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and ServiceNow; solid understanding of purchasing process fundamentals, project management, information systems and corporate structure; knowledge of procurement and contract management software such as Coupa, Zycus or equivalent; detail oriented and strong organisational skills; strong interpersonal & communication skills; proactive and respond with a sense of urgency; ability to work independently with a capacity to manage multiple priorities; passion, innovation and the ability to act as a “change agent” for achieving results in a fast‑paced TS environment; excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
