Job Description
Technology Platforms P2P Lead will lead a small team and be accountable for the procurement of IT hardware, software and services across the Technology Platforms portfolio.
This role works with Technology Platforms leadership and teams, ensuring smooth delivery of P2P services, establishing a service-oriented culture and impacting end user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small offshore team of P2P analysts, focusing on technology procurement.
- Oversee the full P2P lifecycle of end user devices, accessories, edge hardware such as servers & network.
- Provide internal service to Technology Platforms for maintenance contracts, disposal, software, communication and professional services for project delivery.
- Ensure compliance and controls, adhering to internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements in different territories.
- Report and analyze KPIs and dashboards to track P2P performance, supply recommendations, support budgeting and forecasting for costs related to the Technology Platforms portfolio.
Experience
- 5+ years managing and developing technical teams across multiple cultures & global locations
- Customer services experience and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Significant experience in customer focused IT services role
- Proven success in improving the customer experience
- Experience successfully managing 3rd party service providers
- Experience working within a matrix structure
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience
- Fluency in English
- ITIL Qualification or SIAM knowledge (desirable)
Skills and Knowledge
Stakeholder relationship management
- Collect and use feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure effectiveness and drive improvement.
Third party supplier relationship management
- Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to meet KPIs and targets, considering information security of third parties.
- Benchmarking and using supplier performance data to monitor and review performance.
- Manage 3rd party suppliers, ensuring delivery of value, service level implementation and improvement actions.
Technical and business knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of Purchasing process fundamentals (POs, invoices, RFI/RFP, MSA, SOW), project management, knowledge of information systems and corporate structure.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management software such as Coupa, Zycus or equivalent enterprise level platforms.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills suited for all levels across multiple geographies and operating companies.
- Ability to be proactive and respond with urgency.
- Ability to work independently with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion, innovation and the ability to act as a “change agent” for achieving results.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
