CHEP is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead the Pontefract site’s maintenance function in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment. You will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, overseeing a twelve-strong maintenance team and embedding a TPM-based strategy to move from reactive to proactive maintenance.
The role requires strong electrical discipline knowledge, PLC exposure, and a track record of managing maintenance budgets and CPvM programs.
