You’ll maintain and improve manufacturing equipment using a multi-skilled approach, working to high safety and reliability standards in a fast-paced, automated environment. What you’ll do * Perform proactive and reactive maintenance across site equipment * Diagnose faults and carry out root cause analysis * Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives * Use CMMS to log and manage maintenance tasks * Supervise contractors and issue work permits * Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations What we need from you * Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance * Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines * Experience in fast-paced, safety-driven environments * Strong fault-finding skills (electrical, mechanical, PLC) * Ability to read engineering drawings and operate workshop tools * Safety-conscious, adaptable, and a team player Shift Pattern Example A typical rotation includes: 3 nights on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 7 consecutive days off, 2 days on, 2 days off.
