CHEP is hiring a Manager, Carrier Management – UK & Ireland, a critical role responsible for overseeing our carrier network across the region. You’ll own relationships with 150+ carriers, ensure capacity across all lanes, and drive performance, cost and compliance across a considerable transport spend.

You’ll sit at the heart of our network, partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams, while leading a team of analysts and coordinators to deliver consistent, high-performing transport solutions.

This role blends operational delivery with commercial ownership, offering the opportunity to shape how our transport network performs today and evolves for the future.

Experience & Capability

  • Proven experience in transport, logistics or carrier management within complex, multi-site environments
  • Strong understanding of the UK carrier market and transport operations at scale
  • Track record of cost optimisation, supplier management and performance improvement
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations and Commercial teams
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
