Are you a detail‐oriented Payroll professional with experience in multi‐country payrolls and third‐party providers? Join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant and on‐time payroll delivery.
What you'll do:
- Support and oversee payroll operations across Central Europe, with a primary focus on Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Process payroll in partnership with external providers across multiple countries.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary payments.
- Manage daily payroll administration and monthly payroll approvals.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.
About you:
- Fluent French or German speaker (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll (any country).
- Hands‐on experience with Belgian and/or Dutch payroll is a strong advantage.
- Solid experience in payroll administration and operational support.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory requirements, and compliance.
