Step into a role where you will enable transformation excellence through evaluating, enhancing and optimizing Asset Productivity business processes by ensuring operational efficiency. Working cross‐functionally and across regions, you will drive the optimization and standardization of end‐to‐end processes, leveraging insights to enhance efficiency, profitability, and strategic alignment while increasing visibility and long‐term value.
What You’ll Do:- Shape and continuously evolve enterprise transformation frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits—driving consistency, clarity, and measurable impact across the organization.
- Champion simplification and standardization by embedding best‐practice ways of working that elevate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Establish and refine enterprise-wide performance metrics, ideally with a focus on Asset Optimization and Supply Chain excellence.
- Generate meaningful insights through performance monitoring, identifying opportunities and enabling data-driven improvements.
- Partner with senior leaders and transformation teams to uncover opportunities for efficiency, automation, and enhanced visibility.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide analytical insights and performance KPIs that enable informed, strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex data and transformation progress into executive ready insights.
- Strengthen organizational capability by coaching and enabling teams in process excellence, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.
- Drive capability-building initiatives that enhance transformation maturity across global and regional teams.
- Support the Transformation Lead in maintaining governance, compliance with standards, and alignment with global transformation priorities.
- Ensure quality standards across transformation and strategic objectives.
- Experience delivering measurable impact through process transformation initiatives, ideally across Supply Chain and/or Asset Optimization.
- Proven track record in business process design, analysis, and optimization, driving end‐to‐end improvements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across regions, influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate, model, and improve complex processes.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for different audiences.
