Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Oversee and ensure the efficient maintenance of bank accounts, cash pools, and related treasury systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regional and global standards.
- Support the optimization of transactional banking activities within the region, identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Provide regular cash flow actuals and forecast analysis, identifying key trends and insights to support business decision-making.
- Manage banking relationships and ensure the regional banking structure supports operational needs while meeting strategic objectives.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of treasury-related projects, both operational and strategic, to support regional goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all treasury activities, including bank costs and transactional information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as other finance and procurement teams, to ensure alignment of treasury activities with broader business objectives.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, driving efficiency in regional treasury operations and ensuring alignment with global treasury strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing day to day cash management and liquidity activities across multiple countries and entities.
- Monitoring global cash positions and ensuring funds are available where and when they are needed.
- Supporting the movement of cash across international markets while navigating banking and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring sufficient liquidity for key operational activities, including payroll, supplier payments and working capital requirements.
- Minimising idle cash and identifying opportunities to improve cash visibility and efficiency.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, banks and external providers to support treasury operations.
- Contributing to treasury transformation initiatives and the ongoing development of treasury systems and processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of treasury experience within a Treasury Analyst or similar Treasury role.
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and global cash positioning.
- Experience using Treasury Management Systems and an appreciation of how treasury technology supports operational efficiency and control.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange and multi currency treasury operations.
- Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
