Role Description The Radiology Department Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Chenies Mews Imaging Centre in London. The assistant helps radiographers and clinicians by supporting patient centred care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring imaging rooms and equipment are prepared for examinations. Responsibilities also include handling telephone and email inquiries, managing referrals and reports, and assisting with basic administrative tasks to keep workflows efficient. Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) ~ Competitive salary and attractive benefits package Comfort working in a clinical environment, with an understanding of patient confidentiality and basic healthcare procedures. Proficiency in using office software, patient management systems, and email for day-to-day tasks. Prior experience in healthcare, radiology, or medical administration is beneficial but not essential. Relevant vocational training or education in healthcare administration or a similar field is an advantage. Prior training and practical experience with venepuncture and IV cannulation is desirable .
