Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Behaviour Manager, provide rapid-response and structured interventions across the school to foster a safe, inclusive, and reflective learning environment. This position is term time, plus 5 additional days.

What skills and experience are required

  • Good at talking to people, like children, and able to work in a genuinely diverse community. This requires enthusiasm, compassion and patience, combined with the ability to say no with kindness.
  • You will work most frequently with our most vulnerable children and make a significant difference to their lives.
