Here at Chenai Holistic Homecare, we are looking for an experienced Full Time Care Manager to manage Essex and Gloucestershire, willing to work across the UK. Chenai Holistic Homecare is a domiciliary care provider who excels in delivering a high standard of personalised care. We are looking for the ideal candidate to assist in the effective running of the business and maintaining professional working relationships with the staff, service users, and their families, and working in line with our regulatory body, The Care Quality Commission. Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a high-quality service working in partnership with colleagues to manage services.
  • Nominated Safeguarding Officer.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Effective day-to-day running of the business.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care through care planning and risk assessment.
  • To ensure the service meets and indeed exceeds the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) and the Care Quality Commission guidance.
  • To ensure all staff work in line with Chenai Holistic Homecare Ltd policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Wide knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience in maintaining compliance.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with service users and families and other working professionals.
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards the relevant qualification.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in Health and Social Care.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Working closely with the Director and reporting on a daily basis.

We are offering:

  • 40 hours per week & a generous on-call payment.
  • Company mobile phone.
