We are recruiting an experienced Production Operator in Ashton. This is a hands-on role combining site presence with strategic influence, you'll work closely with plant leadership and central EHS functions to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement and embed a strong proactive safety culture across the site. Stable, site-based role with structured working hours. Collaborative working environment with strong leadership support. Description of Duties: 1. Ensure that production requirements are achieved within specification and in a timely fashion.
2. Assist in the efficient shift-handovers.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction for both delivery and quality.
4. Comply with all EHS standards, operating procedures, company policies and local legislation.
5. Follow ISO procedures and propose new ideas for continuous improvement.
6. Operate all basic manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Qualifications: 1. Basic general education (numerical) with some mechanical aptitude
2. 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Good communication skills
