We are recruiting an experienced Production Operator in Ashton. This is a hands-on role combining site presence with strategic influence, you'll work closely with plant leadership and central EHS functions to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement and embed a strong proactive safety culture across the site. Stable, site-based role with structured working hours. Collaborative working environment with strong leadership support. Description of Duties:
- Ensure that production requirements are achieved within specification and in a timely fashion.
- Assist in the efficient shift-handovers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for both delivery and quality.
- Comply with all EHS standards, operating procedures, company policies and local legislation.
- Follow ISO procedures and propose new ideas for continuous improvement.
- Operate all basic manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Qualifications: 1. Basic general education (numerical) with some mechanical aptitude 2. 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment 3. Good communication skills
