Chemring Energetics UK (CEUK) is a global business providing a range of equipment based on energetic materials for defence, civil defence and key commercial customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen within CEUK for a Recruitment Resourcer (12 Month FTC) to support the in-house recruitment function.

The Recruitment Resourcer will support the In-House Recruiter in delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service across the business.

Key Accountabilities & Duties:
  • Carry out all activities in line with company policy and procedure, ensuring a professional and compliant approach at all times.
  • Support the In-House Recruiter with sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across a variety of roles.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Carry out initial CV screening and telephone/video pre-screens to assess candidate suitability.
  • Provide shortlists of suitable candidates in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support job advert creation and posting across multiple platforms.
  • Provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Essential: Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or recruitment-related role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM system.
  • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or job boards.
