Engineer (R&D) - Engineering & Technology Department

As an R&D Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of designing, developing, and supporting products that meet our customer expectations while ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver products to cost, quality, and on-time delivery standards.
  • Create detailed design documentation including specifications, drawings, calculations, models, and test procedures.
  • Conduct trials and tests, ensuring safe assembly, disassembly, and inspection of products.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering to design for manufacturability.
  • Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree or relevant experience in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical skills in systems engineering, design software, and product development.
  • A commitment to Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Office 365 (Teams, Power BI, Planner, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Engineer (Process Support) - Operations Department

As a Process Support Engineer, you’ll work on designing and developing safe, lean manufacturing processes for both new and existing products.

You’ll ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and are cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design process layouts, jigs, and tooling to optimize production.
  • Lead Risk Assessments and implement lean manufacturing methods.
  • Analyse existing products and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Provide written operating instructions, route cards, and training for production personnel.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action management plans.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Green belt preferable).
  • Experience in a production environment with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering processes, product safety, and certification.
