An exciting opportunity is available for a Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will be responsible for leading assigned operational production teams to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality and efficient manufacturing performance in line with business objectives. The role will have responsibility for Team Leaders, Unit Leaders, Technicians, Operators and Agency Personnel, as applicable to the assigned area. We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager who can provide visible leadership across a busy manufacturing environment, developing high-performing teams while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are achieved. You’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards of compliance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring teams have the skills, training and competence required to operate safely and effectively.
