Chemring Energetics UK (CEUK) is a global business providing a range of equipment based on energetic materials for defence, civil defence and key commercial customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen within CEUK for a Recruitment Resourcer (12 Month FTC) to support the in-house recruitment function.
The Recruitment Resourcer will support the In-House Recruiter in delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service across the business.
Key Accountabilities & Duties:- Carry out all activities in line with company policy and procedure, ensuring a professional and compliant approach at all times.
- Support the In-House Recruiter with sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across a variety of roles.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Carry out initial CV screening and telephone/video pre-screens to assess candidate suitability.
- Provide shortlists of suitable candidates in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support job advert creation and posting across multiple platforms.
- Provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
- Essential: Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or recruitment-related role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Desirable: Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Experience using an ATS or CRM system.
- Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or job boards.
- Must demonstrate a proactive and driven approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and positive attitude with a focus on delivering a high-quality service.
