Manufacturing Cell Leader Lead People. Drive Performance. Make a Difference. Are you an experienced manufacturing leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes and delivering results? We're looking for a Manufacturing Cell Leader to lead a team of production operatives, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and performance across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical production area, influence continuous improvement and help shape a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of production operatives.
  • Champion a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
  • Deliver production plans while achieving key operational KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained and operational targets are met.
  • Support employee development through training, coaching and performance management.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and other support functions.
  • Use data and performance measures to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing, motivating and developing people.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive approach to safety, quality and operational excellence.
  • Confidence in managing performance and leading change.
