Chemring Countermeasures in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Facilities (Soft Services) Manager to lead soft services across the site, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency. Reporting to Head of Maintenance & Facilities, you will oversee facilities operations, site services, security, waste, grounds maintenance and contractor management to support operations.
You will develop continuous improvement, manage budgets, ensure statutory inspections, records and documentation.
