We are looking for an experienced Facilities (Soft Services) Manager to lead and develop our Facilities function, ensuring our site remains safe, compliant, efficient and fit for the future.
Overview of the role Reporting to the Head of Maintenance Facilities, you will take ownership of all soft services and facilities operations across the site.
This is a varied leadership role encompassing facilities management, site services, security, waste operations, grounds maintenance, contractor management and workplace services.
You will play a key role in supporting business operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards.
