We are inviting applications from qualified technical experts to join a pool of specialists who will provide advisory and implementation support across key thematic areas. This pool will enable rapid deployment of expertise to meet programme delivery needs.

Areas of Expertise

  • Governance & Institutional Strengthening – public sector reform, anti-corruption, capacity building
  • Policy Development & Advisory – policy analysis, legislative frameworks, evidence-based decision-making
  • Justice & Rule of Law – legal reform, access to justice, transitional justice
  • Security Sector Reform – police/military reform, DDR
  • Economic Recovery & Livelihoods – market systems, job creation, private sector engagement
  • Climate & Environmental Resilience – resource management, energy reform, renewable energy

Experts may be engaged for

  • Short-term technical assessments
  • Project design and implementation
  • Training and capacity building
  • Policy development and advisory services

Eligibility Criteria

  • Proven expertise in one or more technical areas listed above
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in diverse cultural and geographic contexts
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of political economy and conflict dynamics
  • Regional experience in Yemen
  • Arabic language proficiency
  • Familiarity with centre-of-government reforms
