The Role

As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person between our clients and creative team. You’ll manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Managing key client accounts and developing trusted relationships
  • Creating project timelines, scopes, and budgets
  • Translating client needs into clear briefs for the design team
  • Coordinating internal resources and keeping stakeholders updated
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value
  • Keeping a sharp eye on quality, grammar and deadlines

What skills and experience are we looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in an account management (ideally in a creative environment) or a Marketing Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and clients at once
