Their healthcare team is growing, and they’re now looking to bring in a thoughtful, detail-driven Medical Writer to support a range of pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a multidisciplinary healthcare team and play a key role in shaping content across multiple accounts. The Role
This position would suit a medical writer with around 1-3 years’ experience in a promotional healthcare or pharmaceutical agency setting. You’ll work across a wide range of deliverables, from short, tactical pieces through to more complex strategic documents, including:
- Digital content (websites, eDetails, interactive materials)
- HCP-facing materials (for healthcare professionals)
- Patient-facing materials
- Messaging frameworks
- Internal communications and training materials
You’ll collaborate closely with medical, creative, and account teams to ensure all work is accurate, approvable, and aligned with brand strategy.

- Presenting & communicating: Confident contributing to client discussions and internal reviews; able to clearly explain scientific rationale and defend content decisions.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working alongside creatives, strategists, and medical colleagues; enjoys shaping ideas as part of a team.
- High standards: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; strong grasp of tone, brand voice, and compliance.
- Research & understanding: Able to quickly build knowledge of therapy areas; skilled at distilling complex clinical data into clear, engaging communications; strong referencing practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with relevant writing experience.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Fully trained in Veeva PromoMats.
- Excellent command of English grammar and written communication.
- Creatively minded, with an understanding of data visualisation and design principles.
- Bonus: Knowledge of, or experience working with, the US healthcare market.
