The Company
A fast-paced, integrated agency in Shoreditch is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join their team.
This dynamic creative production agency specializes in delivering high-performing content across various channels, both locally and globally. They work closely with agencies and clients to build brands and produce content that drives measurable results.

The Role
The role is primarily onsite with the agency client reporting directly to the Studio Manager while working closely with the leadership team. You will manage a variety of briefs, leading projects from concept through to delivery. Your primary focus will be ensuring that work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
The projects youβll handle will range from DOOH and display banners to social media content, as well as supporting offline artworking and retouching briefs when required.
Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the digital and studio teams to maintain consistency across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal agency teams, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
- Scope, plan, and manage a range of press, print, and digital design deliverables, including online advertising, social media, DOOH, ECRM, retouching, and artwork.
- Own the end-to-end process for each project, ensuring creative quality, budget management, and timely delivery.
- Take responsibility for managing project budgets within scope and with strong commercial awareness.
- Be the day-to-day contact for the agency client, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of their production needs.
- Track and manage studio resources alongside the Studio and Resource Managers, scaling up and down appropriately as workloads fluctuate.
- Manage resourcing for last-minute and quick-turnaround client requests, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Add value to client briefs, helping to develop and nurture relationships.
- Identify new opportunities for the agency to provide additional solutions for clients.
