We’re working with a globally recognised creative agency with a long-standing reputation for producing bold, effective work across advertising, brand, and communications. Their healthcare team is growing, and they’re now looking to bring in a thoughtful, detail-driven Medical Writer to support a range of pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.
This is a great opportunity for a medical writer who enjoys combining scientific rigour with creativity, and who wants to work in a highly collaborative, strategically led agency environment.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary healthcare team and play a key role in shaping content across multiple accounts. Precision, curiosity, and a genuine respect for language are essential — this is a role for someone who takes accuracy seriously but also enjoys the craft of storytelling.
This position would suit a medical writer with around 2-5 years’ experience in a promotional healthcare or pharmaceutical agency setting. You’ll work across a wide range of deliverables, from short, tactical pieces through to more complex strategic documents, including:
- Digital content (websites, eDetails, interactive materials)
- HCP-facing materials (for healthcare professionals)
- Patient-facing materials
- Messaging frameworks
- Internal communications and training materials
You’ll collaborate closely with medical, creative, and account teams to ensure all work is accurate, approvable, and aligned with brand strategy.
