This is an opportunity to work on ambitious, high-profile healthcare communications that combine big strategic thinking, standout creativity and real-world impact.
The core client work sits within ophthalmology, but direct experience in this therapy area isn't essential. What matters most is strong healthcare agency experience, confidence working in regulated environments, and the ability to lead accounts delivering work across multiple channels β including direct-to-consumer campaigns.

This agency is known for applying the same level of creative ambition to healthcare that it brings to its most famous global brand campaigns β so you'll be working on ideas-led work, not just outputs.
Key responsibilities

- Oversee the development of integrated healthcare campaigns, including HCP, patient and direct-to-consumer work
- Brief, inspire and collaborate with creative teams to deliver strong, distinctive ideas

About you
- Proven experience as an Account Director (or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up) within a healthcare or pharma agency
- Comfortable leading complex accounts and senior stakeholders
- Experience working on campaign-led, integrated and digital-first work
- Understanding of regulated healthcare environments
- Calm, collaborative and commercially aware
- Ophthalmology experience is welcome but not required
Why this role?
