The role
As an Account Director, you’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering bold, integrated healthcare campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted senior partner to clients, guiding strategy, overseeing delivery and helping bring big ideas to life in a way that’s both creatively exciting and compliant.
This agency is known for applying the same level of creative ambition to healthcare that it brings to its most famous global brand campaigns — so you’ll be working on ideas-led work, not just outputs.

- Brief, inspire and collaborate with creative teams to deliver strong, distinctive ideas

- Confidently steer work through medical, legal and regulatory review
- Work closely with strategy, creative, medical and production teams

- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and elevate the work creatively
About you
- Proven experience as an Account Director (or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up) within a healthcare or pharma agency
- Comfortable leading complex accounts and senior stakeholders
- Experience working on campaign-led, integrated and digital-first work
- Understanding of regulated healthcare environments
- Calm, collaborative and commercially awareOphthalmology experience is welcome but not required
Why this role?
This is a chance to work at a genuinely ideas-driven healthcare agency, known for delivering big-name campaigns and applying world-class creative thinking to complex healthcare challenges. You’ll be part of a team that values strategy, craft and creativity in equal measure
