Regional Healthcare Partnership and Access Manager – Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Dermatology. Exciting new opportunity working for an established pharmaceutical company working across the North West, Yorkshire

As Regional Healthcare Partnership and Access Manager you will report into the Commercial Director and implement the market access strategy for a portfolio of products across Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Dermatology therapy areas through integrated account management

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure rapid access to innovative medicines, anticipate access barriers, work to achieve optimal positioning and funding of products in line with brand strategy and value proposition

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the NHS environment including Integrated Care Systems or the relevant devolved nation equivalent

• Proactively respond to the changing NHS environment and payer needs and share insights across organisation

• Analyse patient pathways to identify pinch points and inefficiencies to support the development and project management of solutions in order to improve the efficiency of these pathways

• Deliver projects that improve patient outcomes and create efficiencies within the NHS and reduce health inequalities for people across the UK

• Collaborate with the NHS to pool skills, experience and resources to deliver projects that support the appropriate use of medicines in line with local or national guidance through Collaborative and Joint working projects

• Lead customer engagement and market development efforts for the Anti-Infective portfolio, ensuring alignment with national priorities and brand strategy.

• Identify and develop targeted relationships with key stakeholders involved in infection management, including microbiologists, infectious disease specialists, and hospital pharmacy leads.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Market Access , Marketing, Life Sciences, or other relevant area

• ABPI qualification

• Full UK driving licence

Experience Required

• Previous experience of Market Access in UK Pharmaceutical role

• Launching new pharmaceutical products into an HTA or single-payer market

• Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system at all levels (ICS or devolved nation equivalent, Trust, National/Regional)

• Experience and strong ability in working collaboratively across matrix functions

• Inspires and motivates others toward a shared purpose.
