Company: Market Leading Medical Technology Company in Ostomy and Continence Care

Location: Head office based in Peterborough - the role will require a mix of 3 days in the office and home base working

Salary: Negotiable competitive salary depending on experience, and additional package benefits

Term: Fixed term - minimum 6 months contract

This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Senior PA for a market leading healthcare organisation. The Client requires a highly organised and proactive Senior Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Senior Vice President UK and Ireland and the Vice President, Marketing. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role requiring exceptional coordination skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities across both operational and strategic activities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless diary management, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day operations for both leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support
    • Provide comprehensive, high-level PA support to the SVP (Regional) and VP Marketing
    • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, prioritising effectively across both executives
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
    • Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming requests and triaging priorities
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management
    • Serve as a key point of contact for senior internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients
    • Build strong working relationships across regional leadership teams and global marketing teams
    • Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and communications on behalf of both executives
    • Ensure alignment and communication flow between regional operations and marketing functions
  • Operational & Administrative Support
    • Organise domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries and logistics
    • Process expenses and maintain accurate records in line with company policies
    • Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, and offsite events
    • Track key actions, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure delivery against priorities
  • Project Coordination
    • Support delivery of regional and marketing initiatives by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and outputs
    • Assist with presentation preparation, reporting, and management packs
    • Help drive efficiency improvements in administrative processes
    • Provide ad hoc support on strategic projects as required

The client is a market leading supplier of intimate healthcare products and services operating across Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Urology Care and Wound and Skin Care markets.

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Executive PA supporting multiple senior leaders (ideally at SVP/VP level)
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a regional or matrixed organisation
  • Exposure to marketing or commercial functions
  • Experience in a global or multi-time-zone environment

Essential: Full UK drivers licence
