Role type: Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator, Sales and Marketing Support.

Are you highly organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced beauty environment? In this role as Co-Ordinator, you will join a dynamic Business Unit and be the backbone of the team. You will be a central point of contact for operational queries across marketing and sales - organising and coordinating to ensure we excel at delivering our strategy and growth targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a portfolio of iconic dermo-cosmetic brands. This role reports directly to the Business Unit Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with calendar organisation and meeting room booking.
  • Be the lead in the team for raising, completing and tracking Purchase Orders.
  • Leading the product sample tracker ensuring no overspend versus budget.
  • Manage our customer service inbox - responding to consumer queries.
  • Lead on our product information management system which collates all product data and images so it can be extracted easily for e-retailers.
Digital & Influencer Marketing Tasks:
  • Assist with product send outs.
  • Support the digital team with drafting and editing newsletters for the products.
  • Manage Bazaarvoice sampling activity, including product allocation, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery to support ratings and reviews.
Brand Management Tasks:
  • Be "the voice" of the marketing team internally and via our corporate website.
  • Organising townhall events and ensuring key milestones are announced on corporate homepage.
  • Organisation of marketing events and meetings.
  • Complete and submit new line forms for retailers on behalf of the sales team.
  • Coordinate logistics for retailer meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and ensuring all materials and samples are delivered in advance.
  • Project manage our due diligence process of getting new agencies onto our roster.
  • Co-ordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure all due diligence is completed which allows the agency to commence working with us.
  • Onboarding of the new agencies - coordination of necessary training.
Other:
  • Lead the completion of all ad hoc compliance forms departments may need from time to time.
  • Manage staff product orders from end to end, including request intake, processing, fulfilment, and tracking.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the marketing and sales teams, including booking flights, trains, accommodation, and meeting rooms.
  • Order and maintain stock of office stationery and supplies for the team.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Experience acting as a central point of contact for operational queries across marketing and sales.
  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience.
  • Experience or a strong interest in marketing, brand management or sales.
  • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritise multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, solution minded, highly organised, detail orientated, proactive.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A passion for developing and creating a high trust, highly collaborative team culture.
  • A dynamic and creative individual who brings fresh ideas and energy to the team.
