Are you passionate about driving innovation in healthcare and building impactful partnerships? Our client is seeking a Healthcare Partnership Manager to join the Wound Care Division. This is a unique opportunity to work strategically within the NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to embed innovative products and services while driving sales and account growth. In this role you will be at the forefront of building partnerships that align with NHS objectives and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling the Wound Care Total Value Proposition - encompassing products, online ordering service, education, and services to NHS leaders at all levels.
  • Developing creative strategies to influence accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable sales.
  • Building strong relationships with NHS specialists, senior clinicians, ICS leaders, and procurement professionals.
  • Staying informed about the evolving NHS landscape to craft proposals that align with national objectives.
  • Championing online ordering service (non-prescription accounts) by managing existing accounts and ensuring sustainable service use.
  • Collaborating with Territory Managers to grow Key Accounts and formulary listings.
  • Identifying and developing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product advocates.
  • Leading monthly business reviews and delivering on agreed actions to achieve strategic goals.

Wound Care in this company is entering an exciting phase of its development in the UK. With an expanding portfolio of products, the division is delivering exceptional results, and the ambition of the Wound Care team is to be the fastest growing Wound Care company globally.

Experience required:

  • Experience of working in a similar UK market access/healthcare development type role.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Proven experience working with NHS organisations, ICBs, provider collaboratives and primary care networks.
  • Knowledge of NHS financial flows and key account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation in healthcare and results driven.
  • Knowledge of the Wound Care environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree, BA in Business / Economics or equivalent.
  • Full UK drivers’ licence.
