Healthcare Partnership Manager – Wound Care — working across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Bath, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Hampshire.

This is an exciting new sales opportunity to work in wound management. The role reports to the Regional Business Manager.

Responsibilities

  • The commercial success of existing and new brand development by identifying and engaging with decision making networks and gaining local approval for promotion within your given area.
  • Working with stakeholders at all levels across multiple health economies to create new business opportunities.
  • Creating and implementing the local business and market access plans supported by the Regional Business Manager.
  • Identifying and developing relationships with key NHS stakeholders in order to generate opportunities for change within the health economy.

Requirements / Experience

  • Recent healthcare sales experience within both community and acute NHS health economy.
  • In-depth knowledge of the current structure, policies and workings of the NHS and other healthcare organisations within the UK.
  • Evidence and experience of influencing and engaging multiple NHS stakeholders at commissioning and service level.
  • Analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data sources to identify opportunities.
  • Negotiation, networking and communication skills associated with producing successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrable and significant recent medical device sales track record.
  • Wound Care experience (desirable).
  • Evidence of building strong and productive stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience of working cross-functionally.
  • Evidenced ability to influence others.
  • High personal accountability and integrity.
  • Passion to “make a difference” to health.
  • Able to work as part of an effective team.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive, goal orientated, and solutions focused.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, demonstrable IT skills in CRM systems.
  • Bachelor\’s degree in Science or Business Management (preferred).
  • Prince2 project management qualification desirable (mandatory prior to end of probation period).
  • ABPI Qualification.
