The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting the company’s respiratory brands to healthcare professionals in primary care - responsible for GPs, GPs with a special interest and Specialist Nurses.
As an Omnichannel enabled representative, you will utilise a range of face to face and remote engagement tools to work with healthcare professionals, providing tailored support and helping them make important decisions which will ultimately improve patients’ lives.
This is a full-time, hybrid remote and field-based role - involving both in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare professionals.
We are currently seeking candidates with strong face to face and virtual sales experience, preferably selling on different virtual platforms. The ideal candidate will be driven by results, is resilient and customer focussed with strong interpersonal and technology skills.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities (but not limited to):- Meeting or exceeding sales and market share targets in your area for the brand/s you promote
- Delivering your call plan and any actions aligned to you in the local account plan
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers to be the partner of choice
- Maintaining high levels of clinical knowledge in your specialist therapy area and high levels of NHS knowledge to fully understand the environment your customers work within
- Consistently achieving high standards of in-call capability, effectively using all promotional materials appropriately
- Demonstrating compliance within the company’s UKMC governance framework and the ABPI Code of Practice

- A self-starter and effective problem solver who shows initiative and is accountable for own actions and results
