This is a great opportunity to join a pharmaceutical company as an Integrated Care Specialist. In this role you will assist with the co-creation and implementation of account plans and effectively engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders across the health and care system. You will develop effective and sustainable business relationships, resulting in local market access, advocacy and sales in line with plan.

Ensure achievement of sales growth through account planning and stakeholder engagement excellence.
Accountable and responsible for co-creating the local account plan with all relevant functions.
The identification, management, and development of internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure resource allocation and support of account priorities.
Plan strategy to approach key stakeholders ensuring advocacy development based on local environmental knowledge and healthcare delivery.
Analyse and interpret clinical and sales data for therapy area.
Accountable and responsible for successful delivery of agreed actions in the local account plan.
Leverage the value and expertise of the entire organisation to co-ordinate resources to present \’one face to the customer\’ to build long term relationships while meeting short term revenue objectives.

A track record of sales achievement in a customer facing sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Aptitude to develop high level of product, competitor, therapy area and brand strategies knowledge.
Financial and commercial awareness.
Digitally literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMs and Outlook)
