About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor at Chemist4U, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support across all communication channels. You’ll handle enquiries with confidence, resolve issues quickly and accurately, provide helpful after-sales support, and maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure every interaction builds lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
