Ensure teams understand expectations, processes, and how work flows end‑to‑end. - Customer Insight & Discovery
Promote best‑practice discovery techniques and help teams deeply understand customer needs
Champion evidence‑based decision‑making using research, analytics, and experimentation
Ensure teams validate assumptions early and often. - Leadership & Team Development
Build and develop a high‑performing team of Product Managers
Coach the team to strengthen product craft, critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence
Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with senior leadership, design (UI/UX), engineering, delivery, and operational teams to align on priorities
Communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, and outcomes clearly
Facilitate structured trade-offs between scope, value, risk, and timelines
Bring a calm, balanced, and politically aware approach that helps navigate differing opinions and align people around shared goals. - Value & Performance
Define success metrics for product outcomes and ensure teams measure what matters
Review product performance, insights, and data to inform direction and prioritisation
Maintain focus on measurable improvements for customers and the business.
