About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor at Chemist4U, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support across all communication channels. You’ll handle enquiries with confidence, resolve issues quickly and accurately, provide helpful after‑sales support, and maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure every interaction builds lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and webchat, promptly and professionally.
- Provide support to customers post‑sales to build lasting relationships.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders.
- Handle complaints at first point of contact, resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions such as orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company procedures and regulatory guidelines for handling customer data.
