About the role
We are a growing online Pharmacy business focused on providing safe, efficient, and customer‑centric healthcare solutions. As our business expands, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Co‑Ordinator to support daily operations and keep the office operating efficiently. This is a hands‑on, all‑rounder role suited to someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of day‑to‑day office tasks. You will act as the central point of coordination for administrative, operational, and personal support duties, ensuring the office and business run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations and organisation
- Welcome visitors, contractors and new colleagues
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and internal documentation
- Order office supplies and manage vendors
- Provide administrative and personal support to senior management
- Arrange meetings and coordinate Senior Management diaries
- Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling and reminders
- Prepare documents, reports, and company presentations as needed
- Handle all the “little jobs” that keep the business running smoothly
- Support new processes and systems as the company grows
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Step in wherever help is needed across the business in support of HR, facilities management and day‑to‑day operations.
About You

You’re confident handling a variety of tasks, from managing office operations and welcoming visitors to coordinating senior management diaries and arranging travel. You’re detail‑oriented, resourceful, and comfortable juggling priorities. You have excellent communication skills and can manage correspondence with ease. Most importantly, you thrive as a team player, always ready to pitch in wherever it’s needed to drive the business forward.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in an office manager, PA, or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with Microsoft Office applications and OneDrive
- Experience in e‑commerce, healthcare, or pharmacy is desirable but not essential.
