Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day L2 support for SAP SuccessFactors including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Assist end-users with system-related queries, provide training, and document user guides and FAQs.
- Provide basic technical support (e.g. Password and User set-up etc.).
- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with IT, HR, and other stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
- Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in SAP SuccessFactors release management.
- Assist in implementing new enhancements and projects.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the implementation and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- In-depth experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee central modules.
- Experience in HCM life cycle like hire, variations, and terminations and its related integrations.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to acquire skills and experience in HR processes.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
