In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering high‑quality, solutions‑focused People and Culture partnership across the professional services portfolios including Technology, Finance and Customer Service. Your work will span strategic planning, organisational design and practical People and Culture support, including:
- Leading workforce planning to ensure the right capability, roles and structure to meet business goals.
- Reviewing and shaping organisational structures, ensuring alignment with Sigma’s transformation agenda and operating model.
- Driving succession planning, talent identification and internal mobility pathways to strengthen our leadership and specialist pipelines.
- Coaching leaders on performance, capability and change management to lift team effectiveness.
- Providing expert guidance on employment law, supporting leaders with pragmatic advice on employee relations matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and modernising P&C policies, ensuring they are compliant, contemporary and user‑friendly.
- Partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives across culture, engagement, recognition and leadership development.
- Using data and insights to influence decisions, improve processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Who are we looking for? You’re a credible, relationship‑driven P&C professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across diverse corporate functions. You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a P&C Business Partner.
- Proven capability in workforce planning, succession planning and organisational design.
- Strong understanding of employment law with confidence managing ER matters end‑to‑end.
- Experience drafting, reviewing or modernising P&C policies.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to balance people, risk and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience supporting Technology, Finance or Customer Service teams.
