About The Role
Reporting to the Head of SAP Supply Chain Technology, this role leads the EWM components of the Supply Chain solution, with a strong focus on project delivery and continuous improvement. Lead the Logistics Operation function of projects as required, drive workshops and design sessions, and oversee project artefacts such as requirements documents, process flows, test scripts, and training material.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ownership, governance, and continuous evolution of the SAP EWM solution design.
- Provide functional and cross-functional expertise and guidance in the areas of EWM, Materials management and Inventory management.
- Own and manage change requests, improvement opportunities and manage BAU activities as required.
- Provide hands-on configuration, actively contributing to testing as required.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and optimisations to enhance business efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Deliver high quality and well considered outcomes, advice and/or services in their area of subject matter expertise.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Drive solution design workshops, solution testing, and solution deployment activities.
- Collaborate with development teams to prepare comprehensive functional design documents.
- Communicate with senior management, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful project implementations.
About You
- A tertiary qualification in a business, wholesale, or IT discipline.
- 5 years in this level of position or field of work.
- Professional work experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Expert in SAP Decentralised EWM and integration with S/4.
- In depth knowledge of batch management and SAP batch classification.
- Experience with material flow systems, handheld/wearable scanning devices, and barcode scanning.
- Experience with integration and automated warehouse control systems (WCS).
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts so they can be understood by all stakeholders.
