Overview

Visiting Teacher of Greek at Cheltenham Ladies\’ College. Fixed term contract to 31 August 2026 with possibility of extension. Teaching schedule of 1 hour per week. Required to start as soon as possible.

An inspiring and enthusiastic individual is required to join our Modern Foreign Languages department as a Visiting Teacher of Greek.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Greek as a visiting teacher within the Modern Foreign Languages department.
  • Collaborate with language coaches, language assistants and an administrator to support extra lessons and activities.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that aim to inspire, empower and motivate students.

Contract and pay

The rate of pay is £36.87 – £38.20 per hour, plus holiday pay at 15.55%.

Interviews will be held in the week commencing 13 October 2025. Applications will be considered as they are received, and the College reserves the right to appoint at any time in the process; early applications are encouraged.
