The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
This is a full time, permanent position, 40 hours per week on a rota basis. We are seeking an inspirational, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Duty Manager team. We have made a significant investment in our Health & Fitness Centre which opened officially in 2018. The exceptional facilities include two sports halls, a climbing wall, a 25m swimming pool, five squash courts, a dance studio and a large fitness gym with free weights, functional and cardio areas. The facility is used by the students at College, sports clubs and the local community.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the facility operations on a daily basis. This will include managing staff, programme set up and delivering excellent customer service. You will be an excellent leader with a hands-on approach to support all departments. You can look forward to a genuinely rewarding role, as well as excellent training and development opportunities at every stage of your career.
