Full and part time opportunities available working up to 48 hours per week over 35 weeks per year predominately during school term time. Shift pattern which will include days, evenings and weekends and typically involves some overnight duties.

Salary £33,219 - £36,238 per annum (FTE) plus holiday pay based on 15.55% of the annual salary. Overnight shifts attract an additional allowance. Starting salary dependent on hours and overnights worked, skills, knowledge and experience.

At Cheltenham Ladies’ College, we aim to provide a strong support network for every one of our pupils. Around 650 students will board with us in one of our 10 Sixth Form and Junior Boarding Houses and your role will be at the heart of our pastoral care as you join one of the dedicated, professional teams working under the direction of a Houseparent.

In addition to looking after our students’ wellbeing, you will help with the day-to-day running of the house. You may have experience in a similar role, but it is not essential. We are interested in those who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the development and welfare of young people, show common sense and a flexible attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Full training will be given.
