Here at Cheltenham Ladies’ College, you will be part of a large and friendly community of professionals who support our pupils’ education and experience. Out of a total of approximately 700 staff, around 400 are in non-teaching roles, which means you’ll join a significant team that underpins the success of the College.
In this key role you will lead a team to deliver efficient and high-quality administrative services to meet the needs of stakeholders. The role ensures smooth daily operations, effective workflow management and robust compliance, whilst actively reviewing and improving processes, systems and practices to enhance service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience of co-ordinating, empowering and motivating a team, advanced communication skills, and experience in reviewing and streamlining processes. You will demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Previous experience of working in a busy office with conflicting priorities is essential.
