Cheltenham College's Estates Department is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key administrative role supporting the management and maintenance of a large and historic school estate.
The Estates Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Bursar and Estates Management Team. The role is central to the smooth running of the department and supports the delivery of maintenance services and projects across the Cheltenham College estate. Based on site in the Estates Office, the role involves coordinating administrative systems, maintaining records and databases, supporting staff training and compliance processes, and assisting with contractor management. This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge or experience of working in a busy estates-related office environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Terms and Conditions
- Hours: 25 hours per week: The expected hours are 08:00 – 13:00, Monday to Friday but there is a degree of flexibility and the exact working pattern can be discussed at interview.
- Salary: Pro-rata salary from £17,108 to £19,344 per annum (based on full time equivalent of £25,662 to £29,016 per annum depending on experience).
- Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down (rising to 25 days with service)
