What will I do?
Create a relaxing experience for the guest whether they are attending as a hotel guest or on a spa break, deliver a variety of treatments and using your expertise, advise on the best products for the guest. You will sell a variety of products from our retail offer as well as upselling or booking guests in for additional or further treatments. You'll attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors across the group to perfect your skills!
Is this the role for me?
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, not essential
- Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!
